In the unexpected even that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return policy. From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it. All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


  • We do not accept returned swimwear items of which the hygiene strip has been removed.
  • We do not accept returns for swimwear items in the outlet/final sale.
  • Earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to start your return:

1. E-mail our customer service at and let us know why you'd like to return your item(s).

2. Check your item(s) and make sure they are are unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

3. Write a note with your full name, order number and the name of the item(s) you are returning.

4. Re-package your item(s) neatly in the original packaging or in a postage bag, and make sure to include the note from step 3.*

5. Send the package to the address below using a tracked shipping option.

Cost of the return shipment:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend having tracking in place to ensure proof of return. We are unable to refund any lost packages during the return process.

Returns from non-EU countries:

You will be responsible for paying the customs duty when returning your item(s) from a non-EU country. Ask your post office for a pre-paid customs label. If the customs duty is not paid, the package will not clear customs and will not be received by us. In that case, we won't be able to process your refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and apply store credit to you / refund the purchase cost within 7 weekdays.

Store credit can not be combined with previous discounts and/or current sale codes.

*Important information:

  • If there is no note with your name, order number and the name of the returned item(s) included in your returning parcel, we will not be able to identify you as the sender, and will therefore not be able to process the return.
  • We are unable to cancel, allow edits, or make address changes to orders that have already been shipped. Shipping information might take some time to update, so please always contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or edit your order.
