1. Shipping & Payments

What is the status of my order? 

Once you have placed your order, it takes 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched from our international warehouse. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been completed.

Due to a high demand please allow shipping times of maximum 14 days. We are trying the best we can to get your order with you as soon as possible.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to our customer service team and they will help you further.

Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. To some countries we charge a small flat fee, due to high shipping costs. Please continue to the checkout to find out what the shipping rate is to your country.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once your order has been placed, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process, prepare and package your order. Shipping times depend on your country of residence, but to most countries it takes 8 - 14 working days. We are trying everything we can to get your order delivered as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and many more options.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

 

2. Returns

Do you accept returns?

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with an
other item when preparing your return with our support.

Are returns free?

All returns are at your own cost.  You are free to choose any returns service available in your location.

Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt and hold onto this until your store credit has been applied.

Here's some tips on getting your item back to us:

Exchanges are not available, if you require a different size/colour, etc, you will need to place a new order for this.

If any of our products have become faulty or you are unhappy with the quality, we'd like to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible so please contact one of our friendly Customer Care Teams via the contact button at the bottom of this page.

 

3. Other questions

Do you offer wholesale options?

Yes, we do offer wholesale options. Please contact us with your request through the contact form on our contact page. Please fill in your name, company details, phone number and location.

Is there a warranty?

We guarantee any of our products made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
